Wolfville scrap metal dealer Tracey Donald Dodds has been charged with unlawful confinement, sexual assault and other counts over incidents between February 13th and March 7th. The complainants name is under a broadcast ban.
The 60 year old Dodds served 20 days in jail last year for refusing to remove a derelict ship from Shelburne Harbour.
