101 twinning in Windsor area could face court challenge

The provincial and federal governments could face legal action over the twinning of Highway 101 between the Three Mile Plains and Falmouth exits.

Friends of the Avon River are planning legal action saying the main issue is the Avon River causeway which will remain in place and continue to block salmon. Chair Sonja Wood told Nova News Now her group could sue multiple departments, both provincially and federally.
