Stephen McNeil has announced changes to several senior officials’ assignments. Jeannine Lagassé, currently secretary to Executive Council, is promoted to associate deputy minister of Health and Wellness. Tracey Barbrick will become associate deputy minister of Labour and Advanced Education, and Lora MacEachern will become the first associate deputy minister at Justice.
