An attempted-murder trial in Yarmouth that was to be in Supreme Court will now be in Provincial Court. 54-year-old David Leonard Kelsey is accused of that, aggravated assault and carrying a dangerous weapon in an incident last October. His son, 31-year-old David Joseph Kelsey, has already admitted to aggravated assault and got 31 months in jail. The senior Kelsey will enter a plea on Thursday.
