A trial date has been set for a Whitney Pier man on a charge of sexual assault.
38 year old Robert Shawn Colson pleaded not guilty to charge laid in connection with an incident last November in Sydney.
The judge set a trial date of February 19th, and Colson remains free on conditions until then.
