A young man is facing several charges after going to police headquarters and assaulting an officer.
24 year old Daniel Angus Ryan is charged with assaulting police and other counts after the strange incident Sunday afternoon.
Police say a man was found lying on the grass outside the police headquarters saying he needed medical help. While they were waiting for an ambulance to arrive, the man got up and punched one of the officers in the face. He was quickly subdued.
