The pilot managed to walk away from the crash of an ultralight plane on the south shore…or rather climb down from the top of a tree.
The Transportation Safety Board is investigating after the plane ended up in the top of a tree shortly after taking off from the airfield in Greenfield. The pilot wasn’t injured. There’s no word on the cause of the crash.
