The defence called its first witness in the murder trial of William Sandeson charged with first degree murder in the disappearance of Taylor Samson.
Jordan MacEwan testified he had had drug dealings with Sandeson before and that a few days before Samson disappeared, he was the victim of a violent home invasion. MacEwan said two masked men broke into his apartment and assaulted him looking for drugs but he managed to fight back. He said he ended up at the bottom of the steps of his home…naked, bloody and screaming for help.
