A New Glasgow doctor who is facing a voyeurism charge has elected trial by judge and jury.
Dr. Rafid al-Nassar will have a preliminary hearing in November. He was arrested last fall after allegations from staff at a New Glasgow medical centre that they found camera hidden in the staff washroom.
