A new study by Dalhousie researchers has found almost 40% of Canadians eat lunch at their desks. Atlantic Canadians was even higher at 50%.
Lead author Sylvain Charlebois says it shows how pressured people are, since they lack the time to get away from work to eat. Charlebois and his team found that 72% packed their own work lunches and 24% either ate their lunches outside or at a restaurant.
