The Liberals have released their election platform. The party says its plan to build a stronger Nova Scotia and create jobs is comprehensive, credible and carefully costed. It includes tax cuts for 500,000 people and 1800 small and medium-sized businesses, a new universal pre-primary program for four-year-olds, expansion of the caregiver benefit program and four balanced budgets.
