A Nova Scotia woman has signed a peace bond after buying a dog locally went sideways. 38-year-old Laura Leah Matthews spent over $700 at the vet the day after. She then left hundreds of messages for the people she bought it from, wanting them to pay. Then she blasted them on social media, and ultimately admitted to harassment in exchange for the peace bond.
