Tonight at seven at the Digby Fire Hall, a public meeting will be held to go over what may have caused mass herring deaths in late 2016.
Dead herring started to wash into St. Mary’s Bay and the Annapolis Basin last November, and in Bear River as well; but eventually subsided.
