Province to put $390 million into highway twinning, without tolls

The province is investing another $390 million over the next seven years in highway twinning.  The 101 from Three Mile Plains to Falmouth, 103 from Tantallon to Hubbards, and 104 from Sutherlands River to Antigonish will be twinned.  The Burnside Connector will be a four-lane, divided highway from Burnside to Bedford in HRM.  There will be no tolls added, and the Cobequid Pass is expected to be toll-free sometime in 2019
