The ombudsman’s office has lost its appeal of a decision ordering it to provide information from its investigation of the old Cumberland Regional Development Authority. A Nova Scotia Court of Appeal judge found nothing wrong with a Supreme Court decision that backed a lower court. It was about the office giving the RCMP some information about the CRDA.
