A Lower Sackville woman has been released on conditions again until a court date next month on an impaired driving charge.
She was released despite it being her third arrest for impaired driving in three weeks. This time it involved a hit and run accident on Cobequid Road and and attempt to ram an RCMP cruiser. Nobody was hurt.
The 54 year old woman is due in court May 17th.
