Disabled housing, care slow to be provided in NS: survey

About 75% of Nova Scotians with disabilities and their caregivers say the system is slow in some aspects.  A new report singles out community-based housing and cutting service wait times.  Some older parents are worried their children won’t have an appropriate place to live once they’re gone.  The province says new money in its disability support program budget has already helped 16 people move into new homes.
