There was a plow-pedestrian accident last night in Fairview that sent a 61 year old man to hospital.
The man was hit at Dutch Village Road and Rufus Avenue by a truck with a plow. The 41 year old driving was ticketed for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk and making an improper left turn.
