A brawl during a basketball game last week at Harbour Station has resulted in 52 games worth of player suspensions and $13,000 in fines.
The brawl between the Riptide and the KW Titans took place ironically during an anti-bullying night theme.
The National Basketball League has announced that nine members of the Riptides have been handed a combined 29 games in suspensions…but only three players at a time will serve their suspensions to allow the team to put enough players on the court for games.
