Housing prices to climb in SJ

It’s expected to be a sellers market next year for housing in Saint John.

Re/MAX has released its outlook saying the average price of a home in the greater Saint John area is expected to climb 2.5% to just over $182,000, with the uptown area a very popular location. Retiring baby boomers and first time buyers will feed that demand according to the report.

Toronto and Vancouver will be the hottest markets with price increases in the double digits.
