A Cape Breton woman is dead after a fire yesterday morning.
The 49 year old woman died in a house fire in Glencoe near Mabou, while a 56 year old man escaped from an upstairs bedroom. He was taken to hospital then released.
RCMP got the call around 7:20 and say the cause is under investigation but is not considered suspicious.
