CBRM handed out its awards last night to recognize volunteers.
Melanie Magliaro, a graduating student at Sydney Academy, was presented with the Youth Volunteer Award for her work with various organizations including Schools Plus, Childrens Wish Foundation, and SPCA.
Mike Kelloway was recognized for his work with youth since the ’90s.
The Tuesday Night Squirts Hockey Program got the award for a group.
