Fredericton-based Quick Service Software is expanding, creating 50 new full-time positions. The company’s Clearview solutions are used by over 8500 restaurants worldwide. Opportunities NB is providing a payroll rebate of up to $400,000 to help create the new jobs over a four-year period.

Dr. Eilish Cleary won’t be replaced until office made more independent: Boudreau
Health Minister Victor Boudreau says Dr. Eilish Cleary won’t be permanently replaced until the office of the chief medical officer is made more independent. That was a Liberal campaign commitment, and reinforced yesterday in the Legislature when brought up. Cleary was fired in 2015, and Jennifer Russell has been acting in the position.
