A powerful rain and wind storm knocked out power to more than 7,200 NB Power customers in the Moncton, Riverview and Dieppe region yesterday.
In Riverview, tree branches were down on power lines across the town.
Another 700-plus customers were in the dark in the Sackville and Port Elgin area.
A Trout Brook man is still missing, according to the Sunny Corner RCMP.
84 year old Marcel Berthiaume has not been in touch with friends or family since May 20th.
He is white, 5’7″ with a slim build, weighing between 130 and 150 lbs. He could be wearing a green vest, blue jeans and a blue and grey plaid coat.
