In the NBA…the Raptors pummeled Indiana 116-91. Celtics lost to the Sixers 105-99.
Canadian Adam Hadwin finished three strokes behind Marc Leishman at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Hadwin won his first P-G-A event last week at the Valspar Championship.
Police seized a pair of DVD’s from the Saint John Free Public Library after a complaint that they contained child pornography and sexually explicit content. The complaint was made by Donald Dobbin, a member of Saint John Street Missions, a group that advocates for the poor and against child exploitation. The two films in question were ‘Starlet’ which is a hollywood production about the Adult Film industry; and Nymphomaniac – a double feature released in 2013 staring Shia LeBeuf. Saint John Police are reviewing the films to determine if they involve child pornography.
