The Canadian Food Inspection Agency flour recall is being expanded again to include other brands.

It started with 10 kilogram bags of Robin Hood brand flour out west then across Canada. Now it’s been expanded to include 1 kilogram bags with best before dates of April 14, April 15 and April 18 2018.  The recall, because of possible ecoli contamination, also now includes other brand names…Brodie, Creative Baker and Golden Temple.

Russia and western countries clashed at the United Nations yesterday when Vladimir Putin ordered his ambassador to block a security council resolution condemning Syria for the chemical attack.

10 countries voted in favour, Russia with its veto and Bolivia voted against. China and 2 other abstained. Russia’s ambassador says the resolution pre-judged that the Syrian government as being responsible.
