Deputy Chief and NB Police Commission going to arbitration
The New Brunswick Police Commission and Saint John’s Deputy Police Chief are going to arbitration in connection with the Dennis Oland murder trial.
Deputy Chief Glen McCloskey is facing alleged misconduct complaints over testimony at the trial…but no details were released in a notice of the arbitration hearing posted on the Commission’s website, according to CBC. Previously Police Chief John Bates described the allegations as a sort of witness tampering.
The arbitration hearing has been set for September 24th.
