The Canadian Red Cross says four people were displaced by a fire yesterday in their wood-frame house in Hartland, New Brunswick. Disaster volunteers from the Canadian Red Cross have arranged emergency lodging plus food and clothing purchases for a couple and two adult children in their 20s. The relief agency says there were no injuries from the mid-morning fire at 39 Hillcrest Avenue.

Guilty Plea in Saint John Bus Stop Disturbance
A man has pleaded guilty to causing a disturbance at a north end bus stop. 54-year-old Kevin Joseph Dolan also admitted to breaching probation for last Saturday’s verbal attack on a man. He was given four months in jail.
