A 10 bedroom vacation mansion west of Saint John is still for sale.

It’s called the Utopia and naturally is carved into lush forest near Lake Utopia near the Bay. Toronto technology entrepreneur Lorne Abony has been trying to sell it for two year for an asking price of $9.65 million. It has private beaches, a private dock, go-kart track, baseball field and tennis courts.
