Fire investigators are blaming a grease fire on an unattended stove for the blaze Tuesday evening that heavily damaged a house on Cassidy Street near Mountain Road.
Nobody was hurt but two single fathers and their children were forced out of their units with not much more than some Christmas presents they managed to grab as they ran for safety.
Three people have been arrested after RCMP busted a grow-op in Saint-Paul. Theyb raided a residence on Bon Secours Road and found 140 marijuanna plants and three pounds of processed weed.
They arrested two men, aged 38 and 41 along with a 27 year old woman. They have been released on ciditions and will be in court in March.
