Saint John court has issued a warrant for a sexual offender who resided in Elsipogtog.
26 year old Randolph Darrell Clement didn’t show up in court for a trial date.

Friday morning on Mill Road, RCMP officers armed with shotguns and carbines surrounded a house.
The Codiac Regional RCMP showed up at 8 a.m. with about 10 officers, a number of marked and unmarked police vehicles; and a police dog.
Police haven’t yet said what led to their presence.
