$150,000 in provincial funding has been announced for Leonard’s Gate. In honour of Canada 150, the project will put a roof on the downtown landmark. Deputy Mayor Ralph Carr says the town is pleased to be partners with the province, as well as for the support of the Downtown Business Association and Rotary Club of Sussex.

MP Finnigan to award Sesquicentennial Pins
Miramichi-Grand Lake MP Pat Finnigan will award 20 limited edition Sesquicentennial Pins. They’ll honour constituents who have made significant contributions to diversity and inclusion, Indigenous reconciliation, youth engagement and leadership, and environmental stewardship.
