Victoria County CAO Sandy Hudson is retiring. He’s been on the job for more than 15 years and will officially step down October 15th. A search for his replacement will start soon.

NS tractor incident claims the life of a 7-year-old
The girl who was hit by a tractor in Clementsvale didn’t make it. Its operator didn’t see the seven-year-old in the hay field being mowed, and hit her around 6:50 Wednesday evening. She was taken to a Halifax hospital with serious injuries, and passed away last evening.
