New Brunswick is leading the country in people admitted to hospital for self-harm. The Department of Health says we had an average of 17% more than the national average between 2009 and 2014. CBC reports the department is working with Education and Early Childhood to further address the issue.

Dieppe house fire
A Dieppe house was destroyed in a fire last night. The residents of the Amirault Street home are away on vacation, and no one was hurt. The fire apparently started in the basement, but the cause is still being investigated.
