Optimism among New Brunswick’s small businesses has the province ranked sixth in Canada. The Business Barometer Index of 63.8 in March puts us ahead of PEI, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Newfoundland and Labrador. The national index is at 62.9.

Friends Campaign update
The Friends Annual Campaign has reached the $930,000 mark of the $1.1 million goal. Funds will purchase leading-edge instruments and video technology for the Minimally Invasive Surgical Suites, computer navigation equipment to enhance knee surgeries, a high-tech system for evaluating and diagnosing esophageal problems and a digital marking system to improve cataract surgery.
