RCMP are looking for a pair of suspects after a home invasion in Moncton on Friday. RCMP say they were called to an apartment on Weldon street around 12:30am. Two men had entered the residence and assaulted two people inside. The victims suffered minor injuries.

Suspicious Package in Fredericton
Police in New Brunswick have seized a suspicious package that was found in a Fredericton business. A spokesperson for the city’s public safety department says police and fire crews were called to a Salvation Army thrift store Saturday. Heidi Cyr says responders cleared the scene and it’s believed to be an isolated incident. She declined to release details about the package, citing an ongoing police investigation.
