An 82-year-old woman was injured in Miramichi after a detached trailer struck her vehicle on Friday. Miramichi Police say the tent trailer separated from a 1/2 ton truck before striking the woman’s on-coming vehicle on the Miramichi Bridge. Police, fire crews and paramedics responded and the elderly woman was rushed to hospital. There no word yet on her current condition.
