Miramichi vacancy rates
Miramichi has the lowest vacancy rental rate in New Brunswick at three per cent.
Jeff MacTavish, the city’s director of economic development and tourism, says that with such a low vacancy rate there’s obvious room for more units in the Miramichi area.
However, that decision has to come from private investments, as Miramichi will not be putting up their own units.
