Canada’s annual Police Week gets underway on Monday.
Miramichi police will be having an open house on Wednesday May 10th at Police Head Quarters on Water Street from 2 til 5 in the afternoon.
Vehicles and equipment will be on display, a K-9 event; and a tactical team display.
The Eel Ground Wellness Fair will be held today at the Eelground School on Riverview Road East, to mark Mental Health Week.
It will have over 50 vendors, organizations; businesses, and non-profit agencies that promote physical; mental, emotional; and spiritual wellness.
Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
