The Rodd Hotel is getting a long-term government tenant, as the lease for the Department of Social Development expires this year.
Transportation and Infrastructure Minister Bill Fraser says that the Horizon Health Network head offices will move from Pleasant Street over to the Rodd.
Fraser also confirmed that the extramural services that had been based out of the Miramichi Regional Hospital have been relocated to the Smith Building.
