Two Sussex companies took top honours at Thursday night’s 2017 New Brunswick Export Awards. G.E. Barbour was named Exporter of the Year – over $5 million, and Mrs. Dunster’s was named Exporter of the Year – under $5 million. 32 companies overall were nominated for the event, held in Edmunston.

Next month’s Maritime Hockey League draft in Miramichi will also feature a golf tournament. It’ll be Friday June 9th at the Miramichi Golf and Country Club, with the full draft event being Thursday-Saturday. The draft itself is Saturday, and is open to anyone.
