120 players were selected.
The Miramichi Timberwolves got this year’s Roger Meek Executive of the Year Award and the Moe Bent builders award went to Doug Cooling of the Timberwolves.

NB opioid deaths
Jennifer Russell, the province’s acting chief medical officer of health; says 29 New Brunswickers were victims last year of what Health Canada calls the country’s opioid crisis.
Those 29 deaths account for more than half of all drug-related deaths.
Most apparent opioid-related deaths were unintentional, 23 of the 29.
