Kings County is restarting the consultation process for its new municipal complex. Council wants you to be more involved this time, and will take input on the building’s purpose, location, amenities and partners. Dates for two public consultations will be announced soon.

NS real estate sales up in 2016
Nova Scotia real estate sales were up last year over 2015. The Nova Scotia Association of Realtors says they had a 21.6% bump, with sellers often getting more than the asking price. Condo sales in Halifax-Dartmouth went up 2.6%.
