FL police arrest man after Nova Scotian tourist hit by vehicle
Florida police have arrested a driver accused of hitting a Nova Scotian cyclist who was down there on vacation. Michael MacCormick and his family were in Longboat Key when the incident happened 2 1/2 weeks ago. The 67-year-old had to have emergency surgery, but is improving.
