Colchester District RCMP is investigating a theft of a pick-up truck, motorcycle and auto parts.
On May 12, sometime between 1:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m., a 2000 Brown GMC Sonoma pick-up truck, 2013 Honda CB500 motorcycle and vehicle rims were stolen from Maritime Auto Parts in Glenholme.

Advance bookings on the CAT are up over last year. Bay Ferries President Mark MacDonald says it’s a five-fold increase, and that passenger volumes could reach levels seen before the original Yarmouth-Maine ferry was cancelled in 2009. About 35,500 passengers took it last year.
