The Atlantica Party has released its first-ever election platform. A Jonathan Dean government’s six-point plan includes selling the NSLC to privatize liquor sales, plus eliminating corporate income tax and government handouts to businesses. The party would also make MLAs recallable, plus lower their salaries and pensions; and have electoral reform.

NDP releases election platform
The NDP has released its election platform. A Gary Burrill government would have a $256 million deficit in the first year, and $966 million over four. The party says investing in healthcare, education and social services will boost the economy and roughly maintain the current debt-to-GDP ratio.
