New city staff report wanted for proposed building
Friends of Halifax Common want a new city staff report on the proposed building at Robie and Quinpool. Developer APL has requested two delays in the public hearing, including one that was set for today. It’s planning a 20 or 29-storey building, and FHC is concerned about accuracy, bias and more in the process.
