A Halifax man faces multiple charges after drugs were seized. Police searched a Beech Street residence Saturday afternoon and found cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana, Xanax and more. 26-year-old Christopher Daniel Koloff is up on possession for the purpose of trafficking.

OHS changes now in effect
Changes to the province’s Occupational Health and Safety Act take effect today. They better define when, how, and which injuries and incidents must be reported, and give government more tools and authority to enforce requirements.
