The bail hearing will continue today for 29 year old Christopher Calvin Garnier. He’s charged with second degree murder in the death of off-duty police officer Catherine Campbell last year. Garnier has been in custody since his arrest in September last year…and his trial isn’t scheduled until November next year.
There’s a publication ban on evidence presented at the hearing.
