The realignment of small-business and corporate tax rates to allow more profit go to job creation was also mentioned. The chamber supports the McNeil government’s commitment to the pillars of the Atlantic Growth Strategy.

Five-year ownership ban for woman who didn’t get dog medical help
A Windsor woman has been banned from animal ownership for five years after not getting her dog medical help. It had a broken leg and severe mats when seized in June, and had to be put down. SPCA Chief Inspector Joanne Landsburg said the sentence for Charlene Lucas disappointed her.
